Saturday's ride with North County Cycle Club was a 41 mile hill climbing route for the first 26 miles. It wouldn't have been too bad except of course this was my 3rd straight day of riding. So today was the day my legs caught up to my cardio, only in reverse. By about mile 20 my legs were dead tired so instead of my cardio being the primary limitation, my legs played a role. This was good in that it meant I had really worked my legs.
Overall not my best ride, yet it was very fullfilling to get out 3 straight days.
