After capturing the BMP, convert it to a JPG.

Use Image Editing software to reduce the size of the image to the minimum that allows the text to still be viewable.

When it's still too large, add some whitespace to the right side of the image by increasing the canvas size in Microsoft's Picture It so that the right hand menu doesn't overlap the actual image.
